ideasUK is an independent association of employers, private and public sector, who since 1987 have been assisting organisations create successful programmes that improve the business, produce financial results and develop a culture where everyone knows they are being listened to and involved.

We believe that by recognising behaviours you want to see repeated and rewarding results achieved by good ideas through a reward and recognition programme can make for dramatic changes.

We have the experience and knowledge to show you how such programmes can succeed, including how they fit in, and help feed, any other initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, Charter Mark, etc. Our members report savings of £80 - £90 million each year from employee ideas. Membership for any organisation is by annual subscription, currently £525 + VAT (reviewed December each year). Members benefit from regular networking events, which are free of charge to attend. Training and consultancy can be provided at additional cost. We organise ideasUK National Week ™ in March of each year and a national conference in November.
