Training packages vary from short, one day programmes in a variety of locations to
bespoke courses designed to meet your needs, at a location and time to suit you. We can
also offer low cost recruitment solutions to businesses through schemes such as
Apprenticeships and Flexible Routeway, by providing reliable, trained individuals, with the
option of providing further training and support if required once they are in their new role.
In November 2008, we were one of the first 55 colleges and private training providers in
the UK to achieve certification in the Training Quality Standard. The Training Quality
Standard is an assessment framework designed to recognise and celebrate the best
organisations delivering training and development solutions. This assures new customers
of our commitment to treating businesses as individuals and providing high quality
training and recruitment services.

Each organisation is allocated a Business Development Consultant who works with you,
completing a free training needs analysis if appropriate to identify your requirements and
link them with the raft of solutions available.
